Essential Workers

Last week Wednesday, Mayor London Breed declared the week Essential Worker Week. We are grateful for all essential workers and especially our employees who have kept Hot Cookie going throughout the COVID crisis. Down to the cookie cake we delivered to Saint Francisco hospital today for an 18 year old girl who has been in the hospital for a month. In the end, the goal of London Breed’s message got lost because for most including Hot Cookie, the only thing our on minds last week was Pride. Although Pride was not what it was in past years, Pride was celebrated in the city with the “Pride is a Riot” march.
