We took all the things that make Dubai Chocolate a world-wide phenomenon and turned it into a cookie! We started with pistachio cookie dough filled with crunchy chunks of pistachio and milk chocolate chips. And then topped it with Dubai Cream Filling, covered that in melted chocolate then dusted that with pistachio bits and golden toasty kataifi!
