Certain products, such as our Cookie of the Month Club, are sold as subscriptions. By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method each month at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund charges already made.

Annual subscriptions are prepaid in full at the time of purchase for a fixed number of monthly deliveries and are not cancellable or refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of their term.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
