Perishable Goods

Our products are freshly baked, perishable goods and cannot be physically returned. Instead, if something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right with a replacement, a re-order, a store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstance.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order — whether it was picked up, delivered, or shipped. Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue. We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Hot Cookie experience.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Orders scheduled for pickup, delivery, or shipping may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before their scheduled date by contacting us. Within 24 hours of the scheduled date, we may have already begun preparing your order and cannot guarantee a cancellation or change.

Shipped Orders

• Please be aware that baked goods and warm-weather shipping don’t always mix — items containing chocolate or other meltable ingredients may soften or melt in transit, especially during summer months. We package orders carefully, but we cannot guarantee the condition of items affected by heat or by carrier delays once a package is in USPS’s hands.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with a photo and we’ll work with you to make it right.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to refund orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Cancellation and renewal terms for Cookie of the Month Club subscriptions are covered in our Terms & Conditions. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.
