Uber FAIL

We have changed our delivery provider for orders in San Francisco that are placed through hotcookie.com.   Uber’s acquisition of Postmates resulted in the service that we were using to deliver locally in SF to be effectively discontinued.  We have been trying to work with Uber to continue the service but have realized it was not possible to still maintain our previous level of fast, convenient, and efficient delivery to our customers. We have moved to Doordash. As a result we have had an increase to our local delivery prices for orders placed through our website.  Thanks for sticking with us and as always, we welcome your feedback.
